SHIPPING POLICY

REQUEST SHIPPING QUOTE

  • Send us a request of your order along with the delivery address and a shipping quote will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.

  • If you accept the quote, your order will be confirmed and the item will be shipped to you. If you reject the quote, your order will be canceled and you will not be charged.  Also by accepting the order, you confirm to pay for the shipping.

  • Please note, if your item is being shipped from a different country, you will be required to acknowledge that customs duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility. To know more about taxes and duties, refer to our page for payment, taxes and customs duties.

  • Final payment must be made before the shipping of the product.

  • The product will be delivered by international parcel delivery services like DHL or FedEx.

  • Full insurance of delivery is included in the price.

  • Electronic tracking is available.

  • Signature is required at delivery.

CALCULATING THE SHIPPING COST

​

  • Shipping quotes are determined by dimensional weight, which is based on the item size, not the actual item weight, and shipping distance. Couture passes the direct cost for shipping to the customer. There is no mark up on these costs.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier rates, delivery distance, and packaging complexity.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Since all couture products are custom-made, they cannot be returned back under any circumstances.

  • Once any payment has been made and the order has been processed it cannot be canceled under any circumstances and the payment cannot be refunded.

REPORTING A SHIPPING DAMAGE

​

Each product is thoroughly checked before shipping. But in an unlikely event of shipping damage, all our products are protected with insurance from our shipping company like FedEx or DHL. But please keep in mind to follow the following steps: 

  • When you are asked to sign for the delivery, inspect the item first. In all cases, note any issues you find within the shipping provider's official paperwork. Keep all packaging and shipping documents. Contact us no later than 7 days after delivery and provide photos of any condition issues or damages. We recommend taking both close-ups of the areas of concern, and photos of the item as a whole. 

  • If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, make sure to note the specific areas of damage, and keep our take photos of the original packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.

  • If you believe your item was lost in transit, contact us and we'll do what we can to reach a solution.

PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT

  • Payment can be done by a bank transfer/ wire transfer or via PayPal and after the confirmation of receiving the payment, the order is processed.

  • If your order is subject to VAT or sales tax, it would be added to your invoice and must be paid in full before the delivery of the product.

  • Once any payment has been made and the order has been processed it cannot be canceled under any circumstances and the payment cannot be refunded.

CUSTOM DUTIES

  • ]We ship internationally. Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and sales or Value Added Tax (VAT) set by the destination country.

  • These fees are not calculated prior to customs clearance in that country and are in addition to the price and shipping cost you are charged when checking out. (VAT is added in the price of an item in your invoice).

  • To complete your purchase, you are required to acknowledge that any customs duties and taxes that apply are your responsibility. 

  • If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, our shipping provider will contact you about these fees, which must be paid before the delivery of your purchase is scheduled.

  • You will also be required to provide personal information, such as your EIN, IRN or SSN, for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon. 

  • Although we do not have control over customs delays and are not involved in the determination or collection of these fees, if you have any questions about customs, feel free to contact us.
